Ingredients

Measuring unit : cl, oz

  • 7 drop of grenadine
  • 10 drop of cacao liquor
  • 1 round of lemon
  • 7.5 gram of sugar
  • 0.3 oz of lemon juice
  • 5 drop of Maraschino
  • 1.5 oz of light rum
  • 120 gram of ice
  • 0.2 oz of creme de menthe

Preparation

Pour the cacao liquor and the grenadine into the glass and cover them with the lemon round. Pour the sugar, the lemon juice, the maraschino, the rum and the ice in the mixer and mix for 15 secods. Carefully pour the mixture into the glass. Garnish with the sour cherry and the peppermint sprig. Top it with the creme de menthe. Serve with a straw.
