Ingredients

Measuring unit : cl, oz

  • 0.3 oz of green creme de menthe
  • 120 gram of cracked ice
  • 0.3 oz of lemon juice
  • 1.5 oz of light rum
  • 180 gram of ice cubes
  • 0.3 oz of old rum

Preparation

Carefully pour the crême de menthe into the serving glass so that it settles on the bottom. Add the cracked ice. Pour the lemon juice, the grenadine the light dry rum and the ice cubes into the shaker. Shake for 15 seconds. Pour the mixture into the serving glass. Garnish it with the orange crescent, the cherry and the peppermint. Sprinkle the extra aged rum over the top. Serve with straws.
